The Reveille mixed-use proposal will create new Southern coastal inspired living close to amenities in high demand to add vibrancy to the South Hall area for years to come. Influenced by New Urbanism, Reveille will incorporate a vibrant mix of uses, including a variety of apartments, townhomes, single-family and cottage homes as well as an assisted living community to provide living opportunities for any lifestyle. The Reveille’s quality design and common architectural themes inspired by the Southern coastal craftsman style throughout the project will ensure charming walkable neighborhoods at every juncture.

The buildout of the site will be phased over approximately six to eight years. The residential units are divided into parcels that integrate a total of 219 single-family homes, 945 townhomes, 560 multi-family residences, 220 cottages as well as a 25-unit assisted living community. Plans also set aside 153 acres (30 percent of the site) as open space to provide vast opportunities for outdoor recreation with the Mulberry River, a lake, streams and other natural features on the site.
